Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Video Factory Creator, a desktop application that helps users prepare and publish short-form video content to supported third-party platforms.

1. Use of the application

You may use AI Video Factory Creator only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms. You are responsible for the computer, network connection, platform accounts, credentials, media files, captions, metadata, and other content you choose to use with the application.

2. Third-party platforms

The application may connect to third-party services, including TikTok, through their official APIs and authorization systems. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, community guidelines, and technical limitations. AI Video Factory Creator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok.

3. User content

You retain responsibility for the videos, images, audio, captions, descriptions, tags, and other material you process or publish. You must have the rights and permissions required to use and publish that material. The application does not grant you rights to third-party content.

4. Publishing actions

The application performs publishing actions only when initiated by the user through the application interface. You are responsible for reviewing the selected account, media file, caption, privacy level, disclosure settings, interaction settings, scheduling options, and other publication settings before submission.

5. Availability and changes

Third-party APIs, authentication systems, platform policies, quotas, review requirements, and publishing features may change or become unavailable. The application may need to be updated when a connected platform changes its APIs or requirements.

6. Security and credentials

You are responsible for protecting access to your computer and platform accounts. Do not share client secrets, refresh tokens, access tokens, or other credentials with unauthorized persons.

7. No warranty

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No guarantee is made that every upload, publication, schedule, thumbnail, platform feature, or API request will complete successfully or remain available indefinitely.

8. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform outages, API changes, account restrictions, failed publications, deleted content, network problems, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

9. Suspension or termination

You may stop using the application at any time. Access to connected third-party services may also be revoked through the relevant platform account settings. Use of the application may be discontinued if continued operation would violate applicable law or third-party platform requirements.
