Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Video Factory Creator handles information when you use the desktop application to prepare and publish content to supported third-party platforms such as TikTok.

1. Information handled by the application

The application may handle basic account information returned by a connected platform, OAuth authorization data, access tokens, refresh tokens, selected video files, images, captions, tags, publication settings, privacy settings, disclosure settings, interaction settings, scheduling information, and technical responses returned by platform APIs.

2. Local storage

In the current desktop version, platform authorization tokens and application settings are stored locally on the user's computer. AI Video Factory Creator does not require a separate developer-operated user account database for normal desktop use.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the user with the selected third-party platform, display relevant account or publishing options, process locally selected media, submit content and metadata chosen by the user, check publication status, and maintain the application's local settings.

4. Information sent to TikTok and other platforms

When you explicitly choose to connect or publish, the application sends the information required for that action to the selected platform through its official API. For TikTok, this may include authorization data, the selected video, caption, privacy setting, interaction settings, content disclosure settings, cover-frame timing, and other publication parameters supported by TikTok.

5. No sale of personal information

The developer does not sell or rent personal information handled by AI Video Factory Creator and does not use platform authorization data for advertising or unrelated profiling.

6. Third-party services

Connected platforms process information under their own privacy policies and terms. TikTok and other platforms may collect, store, or otherwise process information when you authenticate or publish through their services. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies.

7. Retention and deletion

Local project files, logs, settings, and authorization files remain on the user's computer until the user deletes them or removes the application data. Platform access can also be revoked through the relevant platform account or developer authorization settings. Deleting local authorization files removes the application's locally stored credentials, but does not delete information already submitted to a third-party platform.

8. Security

The application is designed so that credentials and local project files remain on the user's computer except when information must be transmitted to the selected platform to perform an authorized action. Users should protect their computer, credentials, and platform accounts from unauthorized access.

9. Children's privacy

AI Video Factory Creator is a creator and publishing utility and is not directed to children. The application is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International processing

When a third-party platform is used, information may be processed in countries or regions where that platform or its service providers operate, subject to the platform's own privacy practices and applicable law.

11. Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application, connected services, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown on this page indicates the current version.
